MEDca Hearing Amplifier Ear ITC (Pair) "Extra Small" Second Generation

i am very pleased with the set of hearing aids i bought. its nice to hear tv & people on the phone.thanks for having some that actually work.richie.

beautiful box/package and case but no way to test the "Newear hearing amplifier" as the batteries were dead upon arrival .. product must have been on the shelf for a few years and the batteries went to the great battery heaven in the sky .. the only markings on the batteries is a "+" making it impossible to run to walmart to buy replacements .. the "+" probably means "positive" but it also could be seen as an "x" meaning that the batteries were made by the "dashing masked vigilante 'Zorro" in his underground lair .. after searching the web seems like it's the 392/384 I should be using .. not sure if that's correct but what's spending more money to find out .. you would think the sellers would list the number/size of the battery to use in their product saving the buyer the trouble of guessing or having to search for it .. maybe that's the name of the game .. i'm giving the seller one star for the beautiful box and packaging but no stars for; un-usable product out of the box/dead batteries/no listing of the size batteries/the hassle of having to search for replacements/and for possibly adding Zorro into the mix .. if the seller replaces the batteries and faxes me two cheeseburgers as an added bonus for undue mental strain, and the unit and batteries work, then 4 more stars could be added.

It has a sound like wind the entire time, you have to take batteries out we’ll open door so battery not connected. I did amplify if you could get over the sounds. Not sure why. I turned it down to see if it would help, no it didn’t.

ok yall I bought this set up for my 71 year old dad that went to college and aced his classes but he play music 7 nights a week. after school he became a heavy duty diesel mechanic from which he retired. so he has one ear that they say has damage from the noise and the other produces so much wax his ear will clog and trap sound out. I didn't say a whole lot but I got the answer he deserved to give. I called late morning and said hey daddy how are you doing this morning and he was already answering with much more controlled voice tone and said hey son hold on just a minute so I can cut the tv volume down lol this product is a great blessing to me.. I am scheduled for some serious heart surgery and hey I feel much better knowing that when my parents sit through with me that daddy can hear me tell him I love him and him and ma can keep all of it together and once again be communicating... I think after I will ask my daddy if he heard my fart wake me up when it started beating again after surgery!!!! GBYA and never forget as our Lord and Jesus Christ provide us our blessings meals love and life through to praise their offerings to us each. as my life changes I will be walking with Jesus and I will sacrifice all to be with him as he has with me

Bought for my mother, I also have bought others that were 4 times as much. These were more comfortable and fit better in her ears..when I speak, people who wear hearing aids can't hear me, I have a high pitched little kid voice, so they are always turning them down, because of hissing or background noise or something. She says these don't do that..she is hard hearing in one ear, so these are perfect because she said you can only wear one.

Amplifies EVERYTHING... no noise reduction.When I'm at my work desk, my computer's fan sounds like a jet, drowning out everything else.Also... no matter what the directions say, there's no way to avoid the feedback when putting them in your ears. Just gotta do it fast, and get it over with. They say to keep the volume low, and then turn it up... but if you can adjust that little knob after it's in your ear, you're a better human than me.If I had to do over again... I would look for a better option.

Unboxed the product and the included batteries were dead. So I purchased size10 batteries. The smallest rubber ear cap was still too big for my ear. There was excessive feedback even though I kept twisting and reseating them. The distorted sound it produced is awful. I watched TV and the sound was all garbled. I yanked them off!! I just found this product is NON-REFUNDABLE!! So I’m out the money for the product AND the batteries. I picked this set because it was listed as Buy Again, but it is NOT the same style and doesn’t work the same. I’m out the money. Very disappointed!!

I have only had these amplifiers a few weeks. I got them after having a very extensive test by Miracle Ear, whom I highly recommend. My hearing loss is mild to moderate, and I have difficulty with TV and people talking in noisy environments. I cannot afford thousands of dollars for hearing aids, and thought of amplification. These are wonderful. It is best to turn completely to low, then to gradually increase the volume until you can hear. Having the volume too loud will cause buzzing. I often use only one bud. I am also learning to turn the tv to the lowest volume I can hear without the aids. Too much wind noise to use in auto, even with the windows closed. I used in one ear in church, and it was wonderful. I could hear people speaking next to me without constantly asking "what." I use on a needed basis. I open the battery case when not in use (leaving the batteries in place), and close the case the amplifiers are stored in. I have not changed the batteries (A10) since I received the aids. Place the batteries in the case with the round, ringed end down in the holder. Make sure the battery case clicks when closed. These may not be the solution for everyone, but they work for me. Excellent for the price.
