Grehge t Collection 3 Books Set (Crumb [Hardcover], Crust, Dough)

My brother now has to hand a trio of books on bread making, crust and crumb which he is enjoying thus far. Great quality books.

I had read a review of Crumb in the paper and borrowed it from the library. I love the fact that he gives instructions for making bread using a mixer, and his recipes and tips have revolutionised my bread making. I thought that I would buy the set of three books to take me out of my comfort zone and experiment more and with confidence. As the set only arrived today after a lengthy wait for delivery I have so far only flicked through the other two books.

Can’t wait to use the three cookery books.

These books are too good to buy just the one, wanted Dough but got all three, the dvds come with them but i watched the youtube vids for inspiration, easier on the tablet or phone. baked Fougasse many times for friends after seeing Richard make it on Telly, but have finally made a non brick like tin loaf, and ate it all, lovely. not a bread machine in sight.now i plan to extend my repertoire further. thanks Bertinet!
