Cable Snapped the very first time it was used
Saw a stranded XUV 500 on a flyover this morning, as it was a traffic hazard offered to tow it to the nearest safe spot using my Innova. Cable joints snapped at the first use. Attached picture says it all. Extremely disappointing.

The quality of the product is not adequate. It is not upto the mark. This product is just to fill your emergency kit. The cable is strong but the hook endings are not good.
