Fantastic product
Purchased this to replace an older style defrost tray. It is lightweight far superior to my last defrosting tray much quicker to defrost items safely I couldn't live without it. Extremely easy to clean and does exactly what it should. Highly recommend

Amazed how well this works!
Brilliant for defrosting! Amazed how quickly it defrosts. 4 stars cos found it a bit awkward to clean. But definitely recommend.

Defrosting food is so much quicker.
This does exactly what it says, I was so surprised that it works as I was skeptic. I bought it as I feed my dogs raw and often leave it to defrost overnight. No need with this.

Great product!
The tray is easy to clean and easy to use just put item on there and leave it to defrost. Works much quicker then just leaving item out on the side. I use it to defrost prawns and fish mainly.

Was broken
It arrived with one of the four feet broken , as i wanted it urgently i glued it back on , so was not to impressed to say the least
