I have chronic neck pain and have lower back pain sometimes so I wanted to get a chair that would support my entire spine. This chair does that. It comes with the lumbar and cervical pillow that are adjustable to pretty much any place you want to put it. The seat itself still feels a little stiff, but I assume that will soften up the longer I sit in it. I like that it rocks, and is adjustable from basically sitting straight up to lying down. I researched a lot of chairs before choosing this one, and I'm glad I did. There isn't anything negative I have to say about it. Installation was fairly easy and straightforward.

Not for a bigger guy. The arm rests were uncomfortable.EDIT: So i let my wife use the chair because It was to small for me.... she weighs about 150.... After 3 months the right armrest is broken. The chair still feels like its tilting a little too forward...even when its fully reclined. Poorly made and kind of junky.

I would recommend purchasing this for a smaller sized individual. I purchased this for my 8 year old whose about 90-100lbs and grant he is a bit of bouncer kid and hard on everything! I’m a little under 250 and have sit in it a couple of times but not too long because it can be uncomfortable. I did not expect screws to fall out of place. I thought the price was decent, but I guess a good chair is more expensive, the allowed weight capacity was completely off, or this one is just sucky....

When I had received this chair I was pleased at the at how neatly everything was placed inside the box. The assembly of the actual chair was a little tough being because the instruction manual was sort of all over the place. Although I was able to put everything together after about 40 minutes. After all was said and done I had put the pillow and lumbar support on lastly. And tested it out for the remainder of the day. And was pleased to say that it is quite the comfortable chair for being at a lower price point than it’s competitors. Only issue was after only a day the lumber support had flattened out greatly so what I did was took an only tempurpedic pillow and cut it up, and stuffed it into the the case. Which had helped out immensely. I’ve been using this now for a little over a week now and would rate this chair 8.5/10.One tip I would give you and to whom will buy this chair is I would put suggest to put medium strength lock tight on the bolts to insure the bolts do not come lose after constant use. Because I had found myself having to tighten the bolts every couple of days.

You cannot sit in this seat for long with your tailbone hurting. It's just too hard. You cannot game for hours in this. This was a waste of money. I shouldn't have to sit on a pillow to alleviate the pain

I have had the chair for all of three days and have been very gentle with the chair but some of the fake leather on the chair has already split. Other than that it is pretty comfortable and easy to set up. My rating could change depending on the company response. the company got back to me very fast and did just as I asked replacing a damaged back. While the fake leather may be on the cheap side the company did right by me. I would buy from this company again.

It's a comfy chair the problem is the materials are of poor make. Only after 6 months of use by a 6ft 200lb guy the gear that holds the back rest in place is no longer holding it's most upright setting. I can force it back into place but it will fall out of it's place with little more than a gentle resting on it. I don't recommend this chair unfortunately.

Currently using as home office chair and it’s very comfortable. Got two, this one for the hubby and red for me. Husband assembled both and didn’t have any problems. Excellent seller- had a question about the order and received an answer right away.
