Fits great for my little dog

I'm pretty upset with this product, honestly. My dog highly disliked the cage which is understandable because it was new to her.After following the size chart and actually measuring my dogs mouth diameter and length, ordering the "correct fit" it was tight between the eyes and would not stay on unless tight around the neck as well.Again, all understandable because it's designed to start secure on dogs that may be a little more rambunctious. I allowed my dog a day of walking around with me around while she was wearing the muzzle, in order to show her it wasn't some sick and unusual punishment.I leave her in a giant master bathroom when I leave for the day, but she tears things up and I couldn't get her to stop.*This product comes into play*She wears the muzzle for 2 hours while my girlfriend goes out shopping, who confirmed it was properly secured before leaving. The was nervous it would fall off so she kept checking it before leaving.TWO HOURS LATERThe muzzle is gone, the dog completely ate it, so she was likely about to get it off within minutes of being left alone, and spent two hours just eating it. The strap portion was still around her neck and face, so the rubber part likely just pulled from the fabric portion after being messed with for only minutes.Furious waste of money. Find a better product.

A great pyrenees/husky/german shepherd mix & a king shepherd walk into a bar....jk!While I originally purchased this muzzle for my puppy who has started showing some aggressive biting behaviors, it's a bit big on him still so I decided to keep it and let him grow into it throughout his muzzle training. It does however, fit my old king shepherd perfectly.My shepherd has already been through the muzzle training and is too old to really care about much at this point in his life so I just got the "really mom" look. This muzzle really is all it's cracked up to be. The fit is very well done and the straps lie exactly where they should to keep the dog comfortable.Now, my shepherd HATES muzzles, especially now that he doesn't need them anymore. But again, he's old and doesn't care anymore. He also has long hair so getting the straps adjusted was a bit of a pain (long hair dog parents...beware)My only pet peeve (see what I did there!) is that this particular muzzle is meant to allow space for treats, panting, water, etc. My shepherd's got a pretty big schnoz but not that big. I mean, when I opened this sucker, I knew right away it wasn't fitting my 4 month old pup. But there is NO space for any real panting to be done. Drinking water, sure. Chewing a treat? Not the way my dogs chew, anyway. Just seemed a bit short for any real jaw movement (which I get is the point but the point is also to prevent biting which is what the basket is for so...?)

Our unpredictable 3 year old dog can go to the dog park now! This muzzle allows her to be off leash and have a good time with the other dogs while also giving us a piece of mind that she will not be able to nip at another dog or person. The dogs mouth is able to be open while in the muzzle and she is able to still drink water and eat snacks. Getting a good fit is tricky at first. My husband (who spoils the dog and was in denial that she needed a muzzle) set the straps too loose so she was able to yank it off. A small adjustment to the straps and it stayed on. The top strap has a tendency of sliding over so I might put a small stitch in it to keep it in place. Overall happy with the muzzle, good find!

The media could not be loaded. My 3 stars does not take fit into consideration. The seller does state this particular muzzle is not suitable for shorter snout, wide jaw dogs. I have an APT so I knew this probably wouldn’t work but wanted to see if I could make modifications to it so I didn’t deduct stars for this. I ordered a large and her snout measurements 13” closed but for a proper fit I measure with her holding a ball in her mouth making room for panting, eating, and drinking.The plastic is hard and uncomfortable. The straps do not seem sturdy and the slick nylon would frequently slip making it too loose. The over head strap can’t be fully tightened, it has a stopping point, which makes fitting difficult. I also found it very narrow, possibly too narrow even for a full sized shepherd. Even if it would have fit well Id still return due to the other issues.I did like that gray is an option since I have a blue pittie.

First, let me say that I have a very clever and tenacious dog. I bought a large based on his nose measurements and he is 55lbs. It fit perfectly. I got this muzzle because when we begin our walks he goes nuts and seeing me get ready throws him into overdrive with barking. Basically becomes a real village idiot. The first day we used it, awesome. The second day he worked so hard getting it off that he literally broke the clasp. With better/stronger materials this would be a great product.

Fits the dog beautifully. However, she gets it off every time and completely destroys the plastic clip that keep it in place because the strapping fabric they use slips right through and loosens the straps with very little effort. Needs something else to secure it so it doesn't loosen with light to heavy play. She's a 40 pound dog playing with a 80 pound dog that is also muzzled. His is a metal cage with leather that she pulls off his head after being freed by biting the leather strap and pulling it toward her until she works it over his ears. It's much harder to remove his, than it is hers. His doesn't slip, but the leather will eventually stretch. Leather it can be tightened more easily than the nylon used on this product. Once the masks are off then they start drawing blood, not through fighting, but rougher playing. I'm running all over my yard trying to grab one of them by the collar while they play keep-a-way from me. By the time I grab one I am exhausted and they couldn't be happier.

Good quality muzzle. The size I ordered did not fit and they sent me another free of charge. I'd size up in the snout circumference area to give the dog room to pant.

The product took forever to receive, it’s absolutely massive as well. Xl is clearly for horses not dogs.. requested to return it but still haven’t heard back from seller…

This product was too small for my dog as she was able to pull it off no issues. I think for me a cloth one would work better.
