Taking the Plunge (Adventures in Odyssey)

It’s adventures in odyssey what’s not to love

My son and I love it! Any of the series are great. We listen to it while driving to and from school, in and around town or during long distance trips, as well he loves to listen to it before bed. It's a good tool to enhance a childs listening and thinking skills, it stirs the imagination, and instills great moral character and value with its stories. I have bought several series and they are worth the value and investment into your child's entertainment and moral future.

I have loved Adventures in Odyssey since I was a child, so decided to purchase this for my kids. I loved that some of the characters that I loved as a child were still included with some new ones that my kids thought were great. In this series, Wooten proposes to Penny, while they have been dating for several years she still is hesitant to say yes. While Penny and Wooten go through the journey of finding out what it means to be married, (spoiler alert) Penny eventually says "yes" to the proposal. I thought that this storyline was a great way of talking about expectations, not just in marriage, but all relationships. Even if you have not heard the recent episodes, or any at all, the characters and story are easily picked up and no background is needed. I will be purchasing more of the recent series soon!

Adventures in Odyssey is always a good choice for families, especially with children. When our daughter was young, we found this series and have kept up with it through the years. Now, it's time for our grandchildren to become part of the AiO family. We gave our daughter the ones we had, so we needed to purchase a few new ones for our home. We also have some of the dvds. We love Adventures in Odyssey!

Another winner by Focus on the Family. Once again, "Taking the Plunge" did NOT disappoint. How AIO keeps coming up with great ideas, new & fresh ways to present situations, but also so relevant for our times. And what is more, so very necessary for out times. Have listened to it at least 4 times, with many more times in the future. Something new to hear each time I listen. Looking forward to the next album. :)

Really enjoyed these stories. Brings up some great questions and answers to relationship questions. I would suggest these for at least the ten years, but there isn't anything that younger kids can't hear. They will probably all questions though.

My kids are crazy for odyssey. We listen to it in the car and it has COMPLETELY changed our driving experience. I have 5 kids and they are all so quiet and attentive listening to the stories. Good morals and values too.

Ordered for my adult daughter. She has loved Adventures in Odyssey all of her life. She listens on her daily commute to work. Great reminder of Christian Values.

Love Odyssey!

We love Adventures in Odyssey and this one was very good too. Only complaint, it's too short (1/2 the episodes of the previous albums).
