Fool proof
Finally, I don't have to scoop the oil off the top of the stock or let it sit overnight in a refrigerator and then break it apart like an ice cube the next morning. Working with a plug in the bottom to allow the gravy to escape, it is quite fool proof for the likes of me!!

Great gravy separator

Cracks easily
Used this item maybe 4 times before bottom cracked and allowed liquid to leak and make big greasy mess.

Hot and then cold
Worked great when purchased. After a few uses started to leak. A few more uses and it's useless now. Everything pours out the bottom. If you only use this a few times it might work good for you.
