This jacket is perfect for toddlers as it can grow as the toddler does. The blue color is vibrant and stays so even after washing. Super warm when it needs to be, but also does cooler weather well. Our favorite item to gift to new babies.

Best. Coat. Eva.We live in a cold climate, often below freezing. She is cozy in this thing and it is easy to put on and also fits into the carseat. I'll be buying this again but I bet I'll get 2 years out of it. It looks oversized in a cute way and the hood cinches down so she looks like a fat fuchsia gnome baby.

I purchased this sweater for my daughter right before a trip (when not a single jacket was in sight in any of the stores in southern California). Needless to say, this was one of my fastest options for Amazon Prime and a tiny bit more than I wanted to spend on a sweater, but am SO GLAD I did.Pros:1. Fabric is thick, soft & very warm (not like the think sweaters)2. The velcro closure. You never quite realize how awesome this is in a jacket until you have one. Otherwise, the zipper often creeps up to practically pinching your lil one and you have to keep unzipping to prevent this BUT you don't want to their chest to get cold. That struggle is eliminated with this jacket.3. Style is adorable. I loved the way my lil munchkin looked in this and took a bazillion photos.4. Washes wellCons:1. I can't think of any other than this sweater is thicker than the normal zip up sweater that you might find at the store. In my opinion, it gives the warmth of a coat, which was a "pro" for me.Sizing:I read that it ran large and ordered at the beginning of summer a size larger in hopes that it would fit now and a bit big to last her for winter. I feel like it runs MAYBE a tad big. My daughter is wearing 12 months right now and I ordered the 18 months and it fit her large. The sleeves were easy to roll up and didn't look cheesy because of the way it's made.I would like to see this product offered in more colors.

There is no number to contact Widgeon directly for questions on material changes. The photos show a difference in texture from my other Made in USA one The photos show that the first is made in the USA and this new one is not.

Perfection as always with widgeon. However, I sized down because they are typically big and the white girls widgeon in 3 months I feel runs true to size. I was expecting it to fit like a 6mo since most run large.

Warmth, ease of putting on. I purchased this same jacket in pink for my daughter 30 years ago and I purchased this for my grandson! Doesn’t that speak volumes of the quality? Same jacket and quality 30 years later!

My first Widgeon coats got my twins through 2+ years. They are well-made and wash beautifully. The velcro closure makes getting ready to go outside quick and easy. I am glad to have a coat that can work in the car seat, since their other winter coats are puffy coats. People stop me all the time to compliment and ask me about the coats when they see my kids wearing them. My kids love them too. They chose the same colors for their new coats! Really a good value for the quality, and so happy to have something Made in the USA.
