ASRock Intel B365 Chipset Motherboard, B365M-HDV

Had a spare PC whos Z390 died. Bought this to test with and ended up keeping it. For a no frills board it works properly and easily with a 8700k. No xmp settings at all so make sure to just grab 2666mhz with it and probably a non-K cpu. Its stable and reliable though, no issues out of it.

i like this because it has 2 dimm slots not 4 i find 4 slots annoying.Also it is good for windows 11 but using windows 10 home now.when i recorded me speaking the with USB MICROPHONE THE AUDIO SOUNDS GREAT.When i played music on it sounds great.I do not need a GPU though.I am using I3 8100 T CPU.G SKILL RAM,

I would say really a 3.5/5.Used this board for my 1st build that I put inside a NZXT H510 case. Since it was my first time building a pc I was unaware of a few things that didn't let me use all the features of the NZXT case (usb c, front port). So be aware of the specs of this motherboard and look at the manual for all of the connections. Also, when I put a graphics card (GTX 1070) in; it almost completely covered the bottom of the motherboard, thankfully there was just enough room to put the front panel connections in. Plug those in first. Also, another fan connection was in the way of the GPU, it did work, but the GPU was right on the fan connection, bending the wire pretty good. However, the wire was not damaged, and the fan was running perfectly fine. I just did not like the plastics touching so close, another 1 mm and the wire would be fine. So get a fan connector or connect to molex like I did for multiple fans.This is a nice, easy board to install. Be aware it is micro ATX, so it is smaller. Make sure your graphics card is not to big or else it will be a pain to connect your front panel, mine barely fit. But it gets the job done, just do your research.

I had accidentally broke a pin on my last motherboard and needed a cheap replacement and this has worked very well. Paired with an i5 9600k and works well, but anyone getting this board just know you can’t overclock with it. This was for a basic gaming build for an htpc that I built.

I've had nothing but problems with this board. A friend had one just like it, gave it to me when he upgraded his system, I bought an i7-8700 for it, and never got it working because I realized that some of the "pins" were bent. I wouldn't even call them pins. I have no idea why they changed CPU designs to have these stupid "hair-like" pins on the board that are supposed to "connect" to the bottom of the CPU after you put it in the slot cage. ANY movement, or pressure from a tight CPU fan will cause failure, black-screen, no-boot failure. I finally bought one to replace it. A few months after, adding another stick of RAM, I noticed that one RAM slot was not working. Trying several sticks that worked in another machine did not work. I finally ordered a completely different motherboard and will retire this one to a small "internet machine" for my dad. I will never buy an Intel CPU and motherboard with this horrible design again. (up to this point, my last 4 workstations were AMD, and NEVER had any issues - they're actually all still working today)

this mother board might be small, but it packed a punch and really great. no issues when i install it almost a year still has no issue and it just made my son happy and keep playing all the games he wanted.

Windows 11 compliant. 8 and 9th gen compatible. Good value for the price if you come upon a deal for a processor. Gpu slot is at the bottom of the board making audio and f.panel wiring kinda in the way for wider gpus. One m.2 right under said gpu and no argb header so don't forget to buy a control. I think ddr4 was limited to 2400 or 2667. Positive note the bios was up to date with ver 4.4 only a beta version was higher. I'm happy with it.

This is my first build with an AS Rock MB and i have to say i am impressed with how easy they made it to install and build out this MB. Everything labeled on the board and the bios was current and defaulted to the proper and best practice settings... if i had a complaint it would be that the board was slightly warped.. not enough that you could not seat it and secure it to the case but even small amounts of flexing will break connections over time.. I will update after it burns in and runs for a while if there are any issues.

Ho comprato questa scheda per un build economico con un I5 e 16G DDR4 2666. Eccellente, memorie riconosciute subito con profilo XMP e temperatura media che non supera i 28 gradi.Perfetta per chi non ha bisogno di overclock.Spedizione Amazon come al solito insuperabile.

Leider war die Verpackung an den Ecken eingedrückt. Bei der Installation mussten wir feststellen, dass das Board offensichtlich defekt war, es kam zu Kurzschlüssen. Der Artikel wirkte gebraucht, obwohl ein neues Gerät bestellt war. Geht definitiv zurück.
