Everything I was looking for
I had been looking for a tactical vest for about a year know. I just did not like anything I have found for the price I wanted to pay. That changed after getting two of these. Price is right and vest perfect. Easy to adjust, belt loops for hooking up to my belt, and option to add on more accessories. The magazine holders will fit ar-15 metal mags and mini 14 up to 30 rounds (I verified that too). If you have 30 metal magazines you can carry 240 rounds no problem. The Garmin GPS fits in the grenade pouch, Velcro close the snap is a little short. The pack is very light and comfortable, high quality build, quick adjustments and will not get in the way of your gun when aiming down the sights.I also ordered the molle fanny pack to attach to the back. I have two small camelback backpacks, fit one liter each no pockets, that hook onto the back perfect and will clear the fanny pack.

great!
Ok! so this vest has 6 pouches, 4 ar ak etc.) stadard mag pouches, two on each side. There is also 2 grendade or utility pouches to pretty much put anything at the bottom, one on each side. They pretty much can fit any mag, but do not double stack, or at least i havent tryed cuz it porbably wont work. However the bottom ones on each side are maybe a centimeter smaller; some people made a big deal out of it, but it really doesnt matter. On the back are what look like official U.S. army trademarks. Pretty sweet! Now this vest is ajustable to any size and could get pretty big. It has two ajustable clips in front, two in front on the shoulders, and two drawstrings in the back. Now I am telling you, THESE CAN GET IN THE WAY! The straps on the front get really annoying because they just flop around. I ended up just pinning them to the inside on the vest. The drawstrings are super long! THEY ARE ANNOYING! I just ended up tieihng them around my waist, so yes a pain. But then why buy this? Well, besides those things, this is a grerat vest. Its in woodland camo, (my favorite, a real classic) and the fabric or material or watever is super strong. All the pouchesare button and velcro, VERY strong. It has - well I dunno what to call them, like strappy buttony thingys at the bottom of the vest going all the way around.I found these to be useful for many things and u can decide what when u get it, but they are helpful. The flingy straps and everything are actually green not grey, which is fine. It is actually a little green for me, but neverless not a problem and fits with all woodland camo. The vest can easily fit a backback on the back but sometimes comes with or without a pouch to put a hydration bladder, Ive seen both. ( mine didn't) So anyway this is a great vest if you just suit it to your liking. It is very lightweight and ideal for carrying a lot in a little space without all the weight of a tripe size molle assult vest. So should you buy this? I say yes!!!!! :0 :)

Great gear for a great price!
I had an older LBE setup with the Y suspenders, pistol belt, ammo carriers, and a drop-leg holster. By swapping this vest in and removing the suspenders, I added another four 30rd AR magazines to my previous loadout of four 30rd mags in the ammo carriers. The magazines I loaded into the vest are Magpul PMAGs. Two had the rubber "Ranger loop" floor-plate and two did not. The pouches holding the longer floor-plates barely closed, but the pockets carrying the PMAGs with standard floor-plates closed securely with no difficulty. The grenade pouches were a tight fit for a SigPro magazine each; plenty of room width-wise of course, but a little short for use as magazine carriers. The vest should fit most folks, with adjustable straps in the front and back and paracord lacing in the lower back connecting either side of the rear panel to the side panels. It took a bit of time to get everything adjusted just right, but it fits well now that I have done that. There were lots of hanging straps, but I squared them away with electrical tape and that is to be expected with anything that is made to be adjustable to fit all sizes. I am 6'4", 250 lbs, and there is plenty of room to make the vest bigger. You are going to have to be a big guy for this thing not to fit. Even if that happens just add more paracord and you are going to be fine.I haven't field-tested this thing at all, but it seems very sturdy. If you are thinking about buying this, go for it!--just make sure to buy a pistol belt to make it wearable.

Incorrect Picture
What you see in the picture is not what you get based on my purchase. I received a vest of the same style, but the snaps and pockets were super small and there were a lot of them. The front left abdominal portion of the vest I received after purchasing this one has something like 8-10 snaps, and no pockets whatsoever.I'd recommend looking into another product, because you might not get what you see with this one (I didn't).

Read the prior reviews carefully!
This item was advertised as new. Most of the paint on the snaps was worn off. The plastic clasps were clearly used, as was the Velcro. And one of the snaps was just plain broken. The item was very clean, but it was not new. I returned it and will not be accepting another.
