I had one of these before. This is great for an arm workout. You can take it anywhere and use it anytime. Really feel it in my arms and shoulders.

I’ve had this before and the ropes were longer for better results

The Spin Gym is a wonderful aerobic exercise device that develops upper body strength and endurance. Through a variety of movements, arm and shoulder muscles are stretched and strengthened. Device can be taken and used anywhere. We own several and have given to friends as gifts. The only problem: the cord, which twists back and forth as the device is used, eventually wears out. However, the device comes with a replacement cord which is easy to install, and additional spare cords are available for purchase.

As someone who works a lot on the computer....the break every hour or two is amazing. I also am seeing my man boobs disappearing. It's the real deal. AND ITS FUN.

I purchase one from TV, and it has two holes where the cord is to go threw. It works much better. I got these to give out as gifts because I loved the one I had. I have used it for one year. My arms are better, and so is my back. No back fat. Yippee. But I tried one, and it was hard to get going.

Spin Gym changed. This is tge secobd Spin Gym I have purchased. The first one purchased 5 years ago broke. The new spin gym has a shirter rope and the handles seem lighter . I liked the original spin gym better. I have long arms and the old one had longer ropes.

Good fun and good exercise. It isn't as easy as it looks. It has definately helped my giggly arms. It has also helped strengthen them so I can hang onto my 6 month old grandson.

i did not like this item..waste of money..could not figure out how to use it..seemed dangerous to me..the disc in the middle can easily hit you in the mouth...i am not a whimp...i work out at a gym all the time ..should have returned it....sorry i am 99% satisfied with every thing i buy on Amazon..oh i did watch the video 4 times...
