Great product
Initially when I received this item I was concerned for it's smaller size. Turns out you can fit a lot in this cross body bag. It is very well built with multiple pockets, areas to hang items and heavy zippers this product really does the job it was intended for.

Awesome little bag!
Really impressed with this little bag. Perfect price point, size and quality. I was looking for a smallish bag for my emergency first aid equipment without having a full blown back pack. This little bag holds (easily) a 6” Israeli pressure bandage in front sleeve, tourniquet, shears- gloves in the very front pouch, pocket mask, NPA, compressed gauze, folding knife, small band aids in the middle pouch. In the large pouch I have 2 more Israeli pressure bandages, assorted flat bandages, 1 x saljet, tape, elastic bandage, headlamp, mask and notebook. I have gloves clipped to the outside, chem light and a flashing light when I put the bag down at night or for traffic safety. There is still a little bit room…..It’s a great little bag! You can even take off the strap and fold the flap into the back pocket. Lots of options. Perfect for everything I need to grab and go.

Plenty Of Room
I'm not a professional EMT or Paramedic - I just like to be prepared. So far, I've purchased 3 bags (my car, wife's car, house kit) but am working on 3 more (family member's auto kits)I highly recommend this bag for this use. It's easy to open and access contents, yet sturdy enough to zip closed and STAY closed. With the choice of pockets and pouches, there are many ways to organize, fill and work from this bag. I like to consider this a "first on-scene" kit rather than a full-blown trauma kit. Your Ambu-Bag is not going to fit in this kit, but you can still fill a lot of practical, useful tools to stabilize someone till the pros show up. If you're a doctor or paramedic, you'll want a larger bag for the gear you've been trained on and now how to use them, but for a guy that's not willing to stand by and watch someone bleed out or cause more injury while they try to help themselves, this fits the bill. And make no mistake, in that emergency situation it's just as important to reassure and keep the patient calm as anything else. Having a med kit on hand will offer comfort to that injured patient and let them know that 'someone does care' enough to stop and help them. The American Red Cross (and other agencies) offer low-cost / free CPR classes. That's a great place to start. You NEVER know when you'll be the first responder. This bag will offer a lot of choices that can easily match your training and experience levels. And I've also had EMS personnel offer to replace some of the stuff I used, which was really cool. It can get expensive to properly stock an IFAK or other first aid system.I highly recommend this bag for not only first aid, but will make a compact bug-out bag as well. Day hiking, taking the grandbabies on an outing, or just going to the grocery store - you never know when you'll need it!

Convenient and compact
I down-sized from a duffel bag style EMS bag to this. Fits everything well and appears durable.

Good kit
Good size for a rapid assessment kit. I needed a quick kit to throw on to hike in to grab a quick set of vitals while the big bag gets hiked in if needed. I fit a BP cuff with Littman, a fingertip SpO2 monitor, a BGM, a CAT, a combat gauze, an asherman, solar blanket, pen light, safety glasses, a dozen med gloves, a cpr mask and a note pad with pen and sharpie, I can even clip my radio to the molle and have some room to grow. The sling strap stows in to the back easily.

A little on the small side but overall a great piece of equipment to add to my collection.

Roomy and easy to wear
I got this to hold basic first aid for my CERT class. It is roomy and holds more than expected. It appears to be well built and looks like it should hold up nicely. I'd only upgrade from this if a slightly larger one came out.

Perfect size
I bought this for my 6 year old for his birthday to use as a handy fishing tackle bag. It was perfect for the waterproof tackle box sizes we use in our family and he feels like a big boy now with his own specific red bag which he wanted
