Build quality: superb. It feels nice in the hand. It clicks nicely onto the bracket. And it's bright. The photo compares the beam from several front lights - you'll get the idea, but bear in mind that my phone was almost certainly adjusting the exposure on each one. The darkness of my shadow (from a street light) gives a guide.Surprisingly, for a 500 lumen light, it's not as dazzling from the front as the Cateye Volt200XC. I am not a fan of excessively bright lights on commuter journeys, and this would be just about OK. The Lezyne STVZO has a very well-formed beam and is noticeably easier on an oncomer's eyes.
