How can this tool be used as a cats paw?

It can not be used as a cat’s paw. Get a cats paw if that’s the right tool for your job.

Where are these made?

I have no idea. I just took mine down from where they were hanging on the wall and looked over every inch of them. Other than the words "Bates Choice" on the handle, there are no other identifying marks.

Would this pull bent headliess nails--like large stapes--through the wood at the top of a cabinet? I'm fixing a bad renovation.

I typically grab the nail as near to the entry point as possible and generally am not gripping the nail head and they work better than any other nail puller I have ever used.

Anyone used this tool to remove nails from tires? Looking to build a flat tire repair kit.

Only used on pallet wood so far but it should work on tires.
