If you have trouble falling asleep, I recommend you buy this product. It has a faint soft scent. Is really creamy, and helps you relax. It is a really nice product and a little bit goes a long way.

Nice sized tubes. Rich and creamy on the skin. Scent is light, not overwhelming. I used it day and evening.

I use this in the evening after my shower and it is wonderful. It does what it says it will, is delicately and beautifully scented. (In fact, I wish I could find it for the daytime too, without the melatonin.) It is not at all greasy or heavy and leaves my skin, especially on my face, as soft as a baby's. I do not know how much epsom salts you can absorb through your skin. I wish that would be published somewhere?? You know that coworker who wears so much perfume/cologne, you can track their whereabouts through the office all day long by their overpowering scent trail? THIS. It’s like a burnt vanilla floral and it does NOT dissipate. The smell clings to everything you touch, sit on, cover with or stand near. Definitely does not smell like lavender or any essential oils so if you’re sensitive to added perfumes, avoid this. Texture is nice though. Absorbed quickly, not greasy. Doesn’t wash off easily...
