Lots of good things about this product. Really well made. All medal and it doesmt seem they stuck any plastic pieces in. The screws are strong with big loops so they aren't hard to tighten. The fact there there are 4 screws at the top and the bottom of container that the tree sits in is a great 8dea. ( see picture) This allows you to straighten up the tree by loosing the opposite bottom and top screws to center the tree. ( this is a fantastic idea and should be on every stand. So, if the tree is tilting you loosen the bottom screw and tighten the opposite upper screw and you can change the tilt of the tree without having to get it perfectly straight the first time. 8 screws allows you to fix a tilt in any direction This idea is smart yet simple yet effective. Whoever made this was thinking. The possible only downside to the system is that you have to mess with it a tiny bit to straighten out a tree but the good side is you can mess with it and actually straighten out the tree. The most important thing about this product is that it is solid. We bought one we had to return immediately because it was half plastic and steel. This isnt the case with this stand. It is as well made as it looks. A tank of a stand with solid 5 out of 5 for construction and the same for the price. One last thing we have hard wood floors and I was worried about buying a stand that the center piece would scratch our floors. The good thing about this unit is that the center piece doesn't touch the floor at all, only the 4 plastic tips of the medal arms have contact and the plastic is effective for non scratch. This product is as smart and strong as i would if I was making it myself. This stand will without a doubt outlast our fake tree and Its one and done.

Thank you thank you ! We have been using the terrible stand that came with our tree 35 years ago . It had to be assembled , which was challenging , and the tree was never secure , always wobbly ! This tree stand popped open in one piece , the tree slid in , and it is very secure and stable . It is nice and heavy enough to make sure even a heavily laden tree will remain solidly supported!

It was so easy to just unfold the legs and set it up. I could easily put the tree in sideways and then stand it up and straighten it out so it was not difficult to do. I wish I had bought this years ago.

Works well with artificial trees that have a narrower pole than the trunk found on real trees. Stands for most real trees are too large to secure an artificial tree pole. Sufficient weight and width to tree's stability.

We have a legacy Christmas Tree with a 3/4" diameter base. Over the years, finding just the right stand, with enough strength and stability to keep the tree straight, has been a problem. This Tree Stand is exceptionally well made. The construction strikes me as something that will stand the test of time...and our tree is happily and beautifully up! If I had any reservation at all it would be that, while the description included a 3/4" base as the minimum size for this stand, and while my tree is handsomely up, it required screwing in the set screws (which are well outfitted) all the way, allowing for a very very slight wobble if pushed. Even so, I'm so happy with the overall durability, it's a very small price to pay and the tree looks great!

I got up to find my artificial tree had been knocked down in the night by the gremlins. Actually the tree stand had just had it, and broke. I saw that everyone was praising this tree stand, and after not wanting a repeat stand failure and all involved, I shelled out for it. I do not expect to have to buy another one in this lifetime. It is better than I expected. Heavy and very stout. The way it is designed is something you will appreciate too. You have two sets of four screws and not just one set of three which is not that great. The result is that the tree is being held at four points upper and four points lower of the trunk. So you can position the tree just right, and no danger of it tilting because of only one set of three screws like other tree stands. It really latches on to the tree well. The gremlins better be eating their Wheaties and do some working out if they expect to knock my tree down again! It is worth the extra money and is nice.

Worth it. We have been through 2 other tree stands that both broke already this season and we’re about ready to give up and throw away our tree. This one is solid and held our tree up easily. Highly recommend!

Very sturdy. Love the multiple screw adjustments which enable you to get your tree standing straight. I've been looking for you all my lift! No longer have to worry about my crafty cats knocking this one down.

Impressive well built solid thick metal - VERY STURDY. Definitely seems like it will last a long time- through multiple fake trees if not something to pass down to the next generation. I’m not kidding - this thing is built so well. Our tree is nice and sturdy now - I was a bit hesitant at first because of the price but it’s such great quality I have no regrets. It’s painted beautifully as well and the plastic end cap pieces prevent the floor from getting scratched and stay put. Super happy to have this with a little one and two cats pulling on the tree.
