Hape toys are produced at our owned and operated factory located in Ningbo China, because we own and operate the factory it provides us complete control over all aspects of the manufacturing process from sourcing renewable resources to finished product inspection. All Hape toys are inspected by an independent testing facility and exceed ASTM standards for safety. All of our paints are water-based and non-toxic so they do not contain any harmful chemicals.

Hi, is the Hape frog pull along toy made entirely of wood? One reviewer said the top part is plastic?

Our Frog Pull along toy is made of wood on the bottom and ABS plastic on the top.

How long is the string? My son is tall but likes pulling things. Looking for a companion toy.

I bought it for my granddaughter because she had one toy with a string and the string was too short. So I watched the video and the string looked longer than it is. Maybe they chose a short/smaller child to film. It was only a few inches longer than her other toy. She's tall for 18 mos. but she does drag it around a lot. So my answer would be not as long as I hoped for but long enough (barely) for her to pull it around.
