Few bolts were missing.The basket support clip not there.The chain cover is damaged.Wheel rim paint gone.Expected better packing to avoid travel damages.It's not fully assembled.no tools given for fixing.At least an hour required to assemble if you good in spanner works..

Bought this cycle a month ago.Product itself is very good.Less weight, easy to carry, flexible and turnings can be done easily.My 5yr kid is enjoying it very well.However,There are some drawbacks, when the product was delivered:1. Manual was not there in the package. So it took some time to assemble.2. One screw was missing as in the photo.3. Right side wheel supporter was not able to fit, as in the photo. Because the hole is not in center.I took to the cycle shop nearby, and he fixed all the above issues and assembled well. If not I was thinking to return the product.Please fix those issues in future, when delivering to any other customers.But,the product itself is very good, and kid is enjoying very much as of now.

Quality of the cycle is very good and thanks to delivery agent who did not miss any spare in the box which helped installation easy.
