After 30 seconds of familiarising myself with the features I used the included hose cutter to cleanly cut a piece of hydraulic brake hose which was very quick and easy. Then I used the barb insert tool and this was so quick and easy compared to other methods I have seen used. Made a perfect connection for my brake hose and I installed in my brake caliper and no leaks.
