R2611 Random Orbit Sander Replacement for Ridgid 6 Inch Backing Pad 305189001 (2 Pack)

I went to the local swap meet and purchased a used Ridgid 2611 for a great price but when I used it for the first time the sandpaper would stay on the sander but wasn't very snug. I knew I had to buy a replacement backing pad. I saw this set of 2 for a great price and received it in a few days. It took about 5 minutes to taking the old backing pad off and screw the new one on. Now I have a practically brand new sander!

Easy to install. Worked great. I did keep my original screws as other reviews noted, it does not include screws. I love that it comes with 2. I will update on the durability. I could not find locally so will definitely buy again.

Received next day!But more importantly, unlike the last backing pads I ordered, these fit. The last were too thin, but these fit perfectly. Another review complained about the wear was quick on these. But rotary sanders work hard and they can damage a pad fairly quickly. Always have one or two backups.

Bolted directly onto the sander and I went straight to work sanding. Glad to have my Ridgid 6" Orbital back in the lineup!

Works great and sandpaper stays in place!

Perfect fit for my sander. No issues yet with about 5 hours of use. The sanding discs stick really well to these.
