I love them all. Yesterday, I tried the Biryani for the first time and it was delicious. I thought the rice might become stodgy but despite having to add water twice it was cooked perfectly. I notice one review mentioned cooking the meat for an hour before adding the rice for a further 20 minutes. I make most of my curries with chicken and it would have been horribly overcooked this way. I just cooked the chicken slowly in the sauce for about 15 minutes and then added the rice for 20 minutes. It was perfect with some of the lovely dal, cucumber raita and lime pickle.
