Tila Running Belt, Waste Pack Belt, Exercise Runner Belt for Running, Hiking, Traveling, Jogging

First of all, this thing is tiny. I was expecting this to be on the small side because: 1) It's made in China and like most clothes and other wearable items, it's most likely going to be sized for small people, and 2) You can tell by the pictures showing the pack on people, that it's not going to be very big. I wasn't expecting something huge. After all, who wants to lug a huge bag when they're walking, running, biking, hiking, etc.? However, I really was shocked by how tiny it is. I wish that the seller had given some measurements but since they didn't, I took a chance and went ahead and purchased it.The zippered pocket (with the reflective strip) is barely wide enough to fit a Samsung Note 5 with a minimal protective case. Forget about my wife putting her Note 5 in it because she has an Otter Box around her phone - we tried, it won't fit. The two side pockets are adequate for holding folding money, IDs, or credit cards, but that's about it. I was expecting the one pocket without the flap to be able to accommodate a slim water bottle but there's no way. It's barely big enough to hold a minibar sized bottle of liquor (seriously !).The material is something like neoprene (wetsuit material) so it stretches but it's not very breathable. That's going to be a problem because the last thing I want is something that's going to make me hotter. The belt is also made of stretchy material and feature the standard plastic buckle. I can verify that it has no problem fitting a 30 inch waist and it appears to be able to stretch to about 36 to 38 inches comfortably.I hate to do this but I'm going to have to return this. Neither my wife or I can use this because it's simply not large enough to hold what we need it to (keys, phone, ID, bottle of water, and energy bars). If you're wanting a very minimal belt, then this is the one for you. I have been looking for a sports belt to wear because the arm band I have for my phone is constantly rubbing and chaffing my arm when I run/walk. When I saw this, I thought it would be perfect. I was drawn to the fact that it has separate compartments and is adjustable. I like the clasp as opposed to having a Velcro closure because I find that Velcro will snag on clothing if not lined up properly.I have used this product a couple of times before reviewing and find that the fit is good. It doesn't slip while moving and holds up whether walking or running. I did read the reviews stating that other's found it smaller than expected, but I think it is a perfect size. I am 5'3", so I didn't want anything too bulky. It has three pockets. One is a larger one for phone, money, etc. The side pockets can be used for keys or refueling packets. I don't currently used wired headphones, but I did try it to see how they worked with the belt. It took a little work to get the headphones through the hole, but once I did, it worked properly. It is secure and will hold your headphones in place.I use one of my older phones with music on it when running because I don't want to get the messages and interruptions. It is an LG and fits perfectly. I can see if you have a larger model phone, it may be a little tight to put it in the middle pocket.Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and since they say it is waterproof, I may be using it more during the summer when we go to Niagara Falls for a visit. (Bill, Husband Reviewing) This running belt came in a small package and the belt was in a roll which was certainly protective. When I first took it out t=of the packaging the feel was a little odd. It felt different but not bad. I am assuming (hate that word) that the reflective strip they are talking about is the zipper. The pockets are really small and will not hold a lot. The belt itself while being adjustable is also elastic and I am guessing it will fit up to about a 45-50 inch waist. I had plenty of room with my 38 inch waist but it was still tight enough to not move around much while running. The structure of the overall unit is fair. While the zipper is double row stitched (good thing) the rest of the pockets and portions are single stitched. I believe it would be advantageous to double stitch all the pockets. The plastic clap is the normal pack style and hold up well. It is extremely light and compact able. Since there was nothing telling me the size in the description I found it too small for me but my wife likes it.I received this product at a reduced price in order to do an unbiased and honest evaluation which this is. I make these as honest as I can base on my experience because I know how much I depend on the reviews when I am looking at different products. This Sports bag is made very well. I would certainly say that I would buy it again, but I will probably never have to. I cant imagine wearing it out. The elastic is very strong and durable. It was a large pocket for perhaps a phone or IPod, The designer put a hole with a grommet in that pouch to run your head phone cord through. There are two other pouches. One on them has a Velcro flap and the other is left open. The fabric is definitely waterproof. The high visibility of the pouch will make a nice safety addition. The picture does not do it justice.
