Great colors but damaged!

LOVE the colors, but it arrived damaged. One of the colors was completely broken and got mixed with all the others. So disappointed ☹️

Me gustó, vino perfectamente empacado, los colores clasicos que tienen son realmente lindos. Vale mucho la pena comprar, tiene buen precio y un buen tamaño para llevarlo de viaje. Nunca había comprado de esa marca pero le di oportunidad por recomendacion y llego en tiempo y en forma, soy de Paraguay y el paquete tuvo mas viajes y vino super bien!

Ordered Light, Received Medium. 2 out of 9 colors shattered

The product seems fine and the colors are lovely, but they sent the incorrect one. I ordered the light and I received the medium tones. Also, two out of the nine colors in the palette were shattered and fell out so are unusable. The seller refunded me the total amount and let me keep the product. Very nice of them! The product is a nice quality and goes on well even if it isn't the right color scheme for me. Very orange tone.

WENN die Palette heil angekommen WÄRE,wären es sicher wunderschöne Farben gewesen! Schon zum 2.Mal kaufte ich die Palette,da sie beim ersten Mal bereits komplett zerbröselt eintraf. Heute,zum 2.Mal öffne ich die Verpackung und eine Farbe KOMPLETT unbrauchbar da zerbröselt. Da diese Palette fast 50€kostet bin ich so langsam richtig verärgert!100€verpulvert im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes!

Le packaging est beau. Les fards sont beaux en eux-mêmes mais franchement c'est les chutes du Niagara. Les fards pailletés, même avec une base, il y en de partout.. A savoir avant de commander je pense.
