Looked High and low :)
I am completely happy with my purchase and received the item way earlier then expected. My daughter had been wanting a monster high bike for almost a year. I had made purchases with other shops here on amazon and they canceled the orders because of stock issues. This company not only sent me what I wanted but did it diligently. It had small bumps and scraps because of the shipping but not any more than my daughter put on it the first day of riding the bike. I would definitely buy from this company again.

Plastic chain guard
The bike came as expected and was easy to assemble. My only issues were that first, the chain guard was plastic and second one of the mounting arms for the chain guard was broken. This was for my granddaughter's Christmas present, so I just went ahead and glued it back together. Otherwise, this was as expected.

Factory assembly faulty
There was no grease in any of the bearings or any parts needing lubricant. The wheels, crank, and the front forks had to be disassembled to add grease. Also, the seat post could not be put into the frame because of welding slag. This was a gift sent to our grandaughter and our son had to do all the repair before the bike could be used. For the price we paid we were very disappointed with the quality. Our grandaughter loves the bike but it shouldn't come in this condition. Very poor quality control.

DONT BUY
Well I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. By the time we opened it was around March. We went to put it together and the front tire did not fit on the bike frame and Toys R Us would not exchange it or fix it. I have never been so upset!!! I DO NOT SHOP AT TOYS R US DUE TO THIS
