Game changer
I had low iron and b12 vitamins, and my naturopath put me on these supplements. A great bioavailable source of what I needed and I will never go without them again!

Helpful for low energy
I have a variety of health problems, including anemia, and these seem to help with that. I DO think they are increasing my energy and perhaps brain clarity. Much easier to take these than eat liver.

Do NOT Buy!!
As you can see from the photos, this was delivered damaged, in the original packaging. The safety plastic is still wrapped around the bottle showing that it didn't open it and it was delivered to me damaged. Now I am unsure if this product is safe to use because it was delivered damaged. I do not recommend buying this product from or allergy research group!

Vitamin A toxicity
I have been taking 1 capsule daily for a few months with no issues. (Recommended 3-6 daily). Due to low iron recently started 3 per day. Started feeling nausea, fatigued , lightheaded with 3 per day. Didn’t think it was capsules at first. Did research and found many people on beef liver pills with same issue. Absolutely horrible that can cause to much vitamin A and copper in the body. Use caution when taking these products and do research. Definitely not for everyone.
