After doing research, I thought I’d try this brand. I liked that you receive 5 bands in one package instead of just one. Other bands were more expensive, but the return policy for these helped. Since the gym is closed for COVID, we needed a cheaper alternative to dumbbells.These have multiple alternative uses and not limited to a couple exercises. We also received 4 thin stretch bands in the package. There is a bag to hold them all. Plus, these are nice and thick.Added pic: the blue and green band on the far right did NOT come with the order. However, everything else did.

I got this for physical therapy for a shoulder injury. I started with the easiest band and gradually worked my way up. I was even able to use the heavy band for light bench presses, just to exercise the joint. Whether you need light resistance, heavy or in-between this set of bands has you covered.

Extremely high quality and great resistance! I do. It miss the gym and can get a challenge workout with just these bands. The kit came with a little manual that is super handy. I also like the storage bag it came with. I definitely recommend these to anyone and would buy again.

Decent for the price.Mine lasted 3 years. Then 2 bands broke during a light warmup (band pull-apart). So probably just a latex aging thing.Bands were used pretty much only for warmups and kept stored in the black bag. Never used outdoor.Will buy again.

These are great for helping with pull ups. There are a ton of other exercises you can do with these bands if you get creative. The loops that came with the bands are thick and good quality.

The bands are very high quality! durability seems they will outlast most. I like the carry along bag as well. The information booklet on using the bands in different scenarios is very helpful to get my resistance band training going.

I'm using these bands every morning for my workout over the past 25 days. So far they work great. They would be even better if there was an even wider or stronger one that could hold more weight (beyond the green one), but if I put the green and purple ones together that works pretty good.

Red band has tear kinda disappointed only used 2 times. I don't want to have to send all the band back just to get the red one that is torn otherwise this would be five stars please helpUpdate as of 6/16: The lovely and ever so talented Amy Swift from customer service was nice enough to get ahold of me to find out about my review. She took the time to listen to the issue and understand my frustration, the solution she came up with was great and honestly more than what I expected! She made a customer for life out of me and will reccomend these to my friends. I will update soon I am supposed to be recieving another set.
