The pack is great, I have had one before but this one burst its seam already and I've only had it a month.

These are great to use both for hot or cold therapy. We have multiple ones so that we always have one ready for cold and one ready for heat. If you're using it for an injury or after surgery, it's best to have multiple ones in the freezer so that you always have one ready to use.

I like it

I like this particular heating bag because it maintains heat longer then say a bag containing beans or husks. The clay also molds to the applied area. I always let it cool before re heating though so as to not rupture the inner bag etc. I have not tried it for a cold application.

This is great product. After two minutes it literally stays warm for up to two hours. Much better than the typical rice bag. Has a nice soft cover and I’m debating buying a second. My only comment is that I wish it was a little bigger, as it does not wrap all the way around my arm.

I love this product and I've recently purchased my third one. I have chronic back pain and I heat this up frequently in the microwave throughout a day to help with the pain. And it works, which is why I keep buying a new one. The reason I won't give it 5 stars is that it seems the clay product eventually breaks down and begins to form what feels like little clay balls. The pack becomes very lumpy and uncomfortable. Don't know why, but heating doesn't not help; it actually makes it worse. But, it does take a while for this to happen and if I only used this product occasionally, it would get 5 stars.

Nice size fitting all areas of the body. Keeps cold for a long time.

This item was a full 5 star when I got it, but it sure didn’t last. It broke down within 2 months and was basically garbage. Buy something else.
