CORCUERA3 Month Old Manchego

An excellent cheese and very versital. It’s delicious on its own, with wine, with apricots, with procuitto.... I always keep it as a staple product in my refrigerator.

Manchego and Jamón Serrano, sliced baguette, red wine (Rioja, Cabernet Sauvignon)

This cheese tastes great. I find I don't need to use a lot of it because it is so flavorful. It complements Mexican flavors really well, and I have used it for a pasta topping, chili topping, soup topping etc. I haven't found anything I didn't like it with. It is young enough that it melts well if you want to use it in baked dishes too.

This is smooth tasting and more buttery than nutty flavored. Perfect for my younger child who hasn’t developed the taste for more aged or nuttier tasting cheeses.And for me, this is a great 3month aged cheese, 8/10 is good enough for me, so 5 stars.My little guy gives it 2 thumbs and 2 feet up.
