Good for Hashimoto's.

Using this with a trace mineral. I am satisfied with this product and will continue to use. I am attempting to regulate my hormones due to PCOS and potential pituitary gland issues. I started this, along with the trace mineral about 2.5 months ago. My acne has cleared up for the most part and my mood/anxiety seems to be more even. I have not yet had a period though since starting Seagreens. This is a long stretch for me, not unheard of, but rare. I don't want to go off of it, so I think I will add maca and/or Vitex soon and see where that gets me.

I really wanted this to work and give me thicker hair and more energy as the other reviewers indicated however I've not found any significant change in the last 90 days. I am going to take a break and see if I notice any lapse in energy or vitality of hair etc. The price tag is a bit much for unclear or unnoticed effects.

I started taking these the other day and immediately felt a cool energy flowing in my legs and lungs- something I only feel when my body has something healing in it. I could breathe easier and just felt better overall. I am very sensitive to all kinds of foods and am limited to organic fruits and veggies because of this. Since I am so sensitive and eat clean I notice more than the average "Joe" when something is good for the body. I highly recommend this product.

Good source of natural calcium. Using it to protect my bones. Natural food option to keep from taking bad prescription drugs.
