Good flavor and price!
I tried a variety pack of this brand from a local store, and found I really liked the orange best. The other flavors are good too, all worth a try, but for me orange was #1.Does a good job boosting hydration if you're like me and dehydrate easily; also good for active people and athletes. I like that it includes Zinc and Magnesium in addition to the usual Sodium and Potassium. A little glucose to help with absorption without making it too sweet and without the funky unpleasant tastes of artificial sweeteners or stevia.I'm a big fan and plan to keep buying this brand as part of my rotation. (I like to have a little variety too lol ...)Update: I've realized part of why I might like the balance of sweetness so much - I've been mixing it with 16oz instead of the recommended 8oz of water, haha. Still a great product - just a note for anyone else who's not fond of overly-strong stevia.

It actually works!
Awesome product! It helps with dehydration, just like i.v. fluids and has a great taste, too. I was sick and dehydrated last weekend. I mixed a packet up in some water and by the time I almost had the whole cup drank, I felt so much better and wasn't dehydrated, anymore. It's way better than pedialyte, hands down. I recommend this product, over any other dehydration product on the market. Definitely something I will be keeping on hand. Something to take a mental note of, it takes alot to get the powder mixed up, thoroughly. It's white when you first start stirring it, but then turns the color/flavor it's supposed to be, once it's fully mixed into the water. I think it's better to pour it into a 16.9oz bottle of water. Take a drink of the water, first, then pour the powder into the bottle of water and shake it until it turns the color/flavor it's supposed to be, takes about 1 minute of shaking and about 2 minutes of vigorous stirring, if you pour the water into a cup, followed by the powder. Either way you choose to consume it, bottle of water or cup, it definitely gets the job done.

Best electrolyte supplement I have tried
This is the best electrolyte supplement I have ever had. I get migraines often and when they are from dehydration, these are the only things that help. They are approved by a registered dietician I have seen (electrolyte supplements need sugar to work but many don’t have that) and I have been told they are safe to drink daily. Apparently some people just naturally don’t have a balance of what the body needs to “utilize” water, so drinking only plain water will not really hydrate. I personally find these to work way better than liquid iv and they taste so much better in my opinion

Good stuff!
I'm a registered nurse who sweats a lot. During a twelve hour shift, I can't drink enough water to "feel well" because I just don't have the time. But adding a couple of these throughout the day *IN ADDITION TO* my water intake has been so helpful. I like that it has been balanced so that it enters your system quickly, safely, and effectively; that's why it can be likened to IV hydration.Taste isn't the most amazing and I usually add more water than it calls for so I can up my intake and decrease the zing it sometimes has. It goes down easy, though, and doesn't leave a thick or sour coating in your mouth. It's like a more concentrated Gatorade and it's a bit more salty. For people saying that it doesn't help... I mean, everyone is different. Not everything will work for every person. But this is not a substitute for healthy water intake and generally caring for your body. It is a supplement. You should still be drinking water and generally stepping up the care for your body when you're sick. This will just help you get back to baseline more quickly.

Great electrolyte supplement
I had a history of developing severe headaches after extreme workouts or yard work. When I was younger I used a supplement to my water when I rode my bicycle 75-100 miles or when I did extreme hiking. But I moved away from that product as it became impossible to find from local bikes shops.I tried this DripDrop ORS supplement to my drinking water when I am doing anything that outdoors and building up a sweat. This has really helped reduce my point exertion headaches.

Great for Hydration; orange flavor not quite as good as the others
I love DripDrop, it helps me drink more water and keeps me hydrated. Great for headaches, cramps, restless legs and after workouts. I drink one packet every morning with 16oz water. All the flavors taste great except the new orange one. This one taste like cheap orange tang. I would rank this at the bottom:1. Watermelon2. Berry3. Lemon4. Orange
