Not only did this hat take forever to get here is is NOT a Top Hat and is only 4" high/Tall and NOT 6" as it says in the description, Such a disappointment when you wait for something and then find out it is not what you ordered. I have had to order another one from another Seller and will have to use this for another project as it is not suitable for what I have in mind as a Alice Tea Party TOP HAT, this looks more like an odd bowler hat !

It is not a top hat but only a hat, wrong size informed, totally disappointed

Excellent for costume, however brim is a bit too round nd stiff so it does not fit like a normal hat fits on your head. But for 1 or 2 nights a year- its adequate for a good price.

We used this hat to decorate our pumpkin and thought it worked great!
