Ever since I got these I have been making empanadas almost every other day. I was taught how to make them at the age of 4 by mi abuelita and as much as I love them, they are sometimes a pain because of the prep work.The cutting tool glides across the dough and makes it super simple to get consistent sized treats. Not gonna lie, mine used to come out all different lengths. Some short and chubby and some pretty long which my brothers would lovingly/jokingly call them empa-logs.None of my from scratch dough sticks to the maker which is awesome because I was worried it might. I just barely dust it with flour and I’m good to go. I didn’t use the bottom of the maker to cut the dough but I did notice it is completely even so you could if you wanted to. I still use the fork method to seal the edges but that’s only because I feel like abuelita would whack my with a spoon if I didn’t lol. I did make these the first time without using the fork method and got a good seal, nothing spilled out during the cooking process.

I was able to make salty and sweet foods in no time!I made the empanadas with cheese and very quickly and placed them in the air fryer, I was don in fer minutes!I like the fact that the size is very convenient! I can fill then with whatever I want to, from fheese and ham to meat and even chocolate or other sweets!It comes with the special spoon to place the filling inside in perfect amounts!The cutter is a great tool and I did not know existed ! it cuts the circles in perfect size! so I can make them by the bunch and get to work in the filling! that gives me the possibility of working very efficiently !I highly recommend it !

Great tool for making little dumplings/empanadas. I made a few and it worked great! The cutter works well and saves lot of time, and the little flat metal tool is great for scraping the excess off when the dumpling/empanada is flatted and lifting the cut circles off the surface.The downsides are that the dumpling/empanada maker is a bit hard to clean being that the dough gets stuck by the handle. Also, the handles aren't the strongest in the world, they're sturdy-ish but if you press down too hard they creak. I just pressed using the main body and opened using the handles and this worked great.

This was great but not very sturdy. It broke after a few uses. Great idea but not great quality.

We use pre-made dumpling wrappers that we get at our local Asian Market-- and then make whatever filling we want and use this to seal them and it works great. We plan on making our own dough and trying some things like filling it with apple pie filling, etc. They are easy to use and clean, they do feel slightly fragile so we'll see how they hold up.

We opened up the box and were greeted with the stuffing spoon stamped with the number 666. We were taken aback and slightly upset being as this was a Christmas gift.

The cutting tool works well but wasn’t fond of the dumpling maker, but maybe I just need more practice.

Cheap quality . 100% it will not last for long.
