My Dream Notebook
UPDATE: My initial purchase is holding up very well--better than my other notebooks--and I open up and flip through my first notebook all the time. I came back to buy the pink and the gold. Just wanted to say that the quality of these is still superb. I wasn't sure if I would like the gold in person, but I was very pleased when it arrived. Beautiful notebooks. As someone who does a lot of writing and studying, I’ve grown to become especially particular when it comes to stationery and can never seem to find exactly what I want at a reasonable price. I was disheartened with the thinness of Moleskine’s paper and their scarce pages. I especially didn’t like Moleskine’s Pro layout, so I was searching for graph pages that would allow me to make my own layout in a B5 with a hard cover and a pocket. After scouring the web to try to spend less than $40 (I mean, are you kidding me?), I happened upon this gem of a brand, and I am soooo glad I did! This is exactly what I was looking for!//PROS*Thick pages and no bleedthrough.*Soft gray grid is nice--not too big and not too dark.*Beautiful shimmery, durable cover.*Pages lay flat when you're writing.*Numbered pages.*The ribbons are pretty and fit the color of the cover very well.*The size is perfect for me (and they have more to choose from)*Excellent price.*Literally the best notebook of all time.//CONS*The Table of Contents section is not already numbered and is literally the ONLY thing I would change about this notebook. But then I'd be scared that someone might take liberties to change something else. So maybe they shouldn't change it.Just a great deal all around. I look forward to many more purchases!

My Favorite Brand for Bullet Journals
I just received this new Premium dot grid notebook and the quality appears to be great. I am a long time Minimalism Art user and firmly believe in their products and recommend them on a regular basis. No one has been disappointed. There are a number of reasons why I choose them over more popular brands: page thickness (no bleed through), page quality (smooth paper for writing with pen or pencil), good bindings (hardcover and soft covers survive daily wear and tear), affordable, and most importantly the larger format (I prefer this B5 size and it is HARD to find). Last year they didn't offer the B5 in hardcover, so I tried out the softcover and it still performed well. It is cheaper, but I really prefer the hardcover. I'm so excited to have it back. This new version has thicker paper, numbered pages, an index, a pocket in the back, two ribbon/bookmarks, elastic closure, and more pages. If you are wondering...each page is 36w x 50h spaces.I immediately started testing it for sturdiness...opening the notebook and forcing the binding flat and it lays flat beautifully. But I cannot comment on how well it will hold up with a year of use...except that prior experience with this company's products makes me a firm believer that is will be great.

Great Choice For A General Journal Or For A Bullet Journal
I ordered two of these to compare. One was smaller and then this size. I spent probably 20-25 hours researching journals recently. I am very picky about journals. What I wanted/needed was high quality paper that I enjoyed writing on + thick paper that would not bleed (100+ GSM) + sewn binding that would not tear + two ribbons for marking current day/page and then a reference page + attractive design (nothing cheesy, something that will look professional, ideally with some color choices) + dated pages (only if they provided enough space to write lots of notes) + graph/grid design (not the dots, but the actual graph) because it helps me keep things tightly organized + numbered pages (so I can easily find items and does not require me to spend a bunch of time numbering each page myself) + some type of loop/device that will hold my mechanical pencil (this is the only gap / missing item, but is easily remedied with a separate attachment I have used previously. + reasonable pricing and overall excellent value + contents/index page to facilitate references + a small pocket for holding things like stamps and a ruler.I typically have used a smaller size (A5), so this is my first time to use a notebook of this type in the B5 size. I will likely not be going back to the A5 size again. I have large hands and want to capture more details per page. I have used full "portfolio" size Daytimer pages/notebooks, but those are cumbersome. This is an ideal size for me as I carry it between meetings and to/from home each day. This is one of my favorite journals to-date and will likely be my go-to journal for most business use.

LOVE THIS NOTEBOOK!!!
LOVE THIS NOTEBOOK. Firstly, it was so well packaged. This would be a really good gift. It comes in a really nice sturdy white box. Everything looks so simple and so classy. The notebook has a really solid and nice feel to it. The pages are really nice and thick. I only use a Tul medium ink pen so I can’t speak on anything else. There is slight ghosting but no bleeding. It isn’t enough to bother me. Has to page ribbons which is really nice and the pocket on the back is really great. Love the elastic band to close the book. I’ve always used an A5 sized book so I was a bit apprehensive switching to this size but it’s really quite nice. I use this for bullet journaling and so far the dots have been the perfect number for my divisions of boxes and whatnots I’ve drawn on the pages. Really happy with this purchase! My only complaint is that there isn’t pen loop or an option for a darker shade of pink. The light pink is gorgeous but I fear it may get dirty. Ok, more than one complaint but still so happy with this notebook!!
