majority of the reviews i read on this item was about leakage but i bought it anyway becuz the price was right plus every1's experience is gonna be different. well, i should've listened. when i installed first installed, i was mad becuz my handheld would not fit in the holder. so i went on amazon & proceeded the return. but then i was thinking maybe if i switch the way the hose is hooked up. one side of the hose has a big nut that was screwed onto my showerhead & the other end which doesn't have a big nut to the my pipes. once i did that, it fit. so i went back on amazon & cancelled the return. the next day i was excited 2 take a shower cuz I had everything setup.....boy, was i wrong. as soon as i turned the water on, the water started leaking out of the holder but i thought maybe i just need to screw it tighter so i did but it still was leaking. now i was debating if it was worth 4 me to return it since it was so cheap. long story short..i'll sending it back.

This was the product suggested along with the shower head I purchased, but it is too small to hold the one I bought. Why suggest this if it does not fit. I can not measure the base of the shower head so it is a complete waste of money.

First off it's a super cheap plastic material, which surprised me the second I picked it up. But then when I put it on it was impossible to get a seal without it squirting out various spots, would not buy this particular brand of part again, does not get one star because after some after market adjustments I was able to make it usable.

Literally just bought this. I installed it hand tight and when I turned the water on, it was shooting out from every area with threading. I uninstalled it and used plumbers tape on the threads. Reinstalled and now water is shooting out from the seams. No good. Don't buy!

Unfortunately this product was broken when I received it. It is made out of cheap plastic. I ended up returning it. But it did fit my shower and hose perfectly it just leaked really bad where it had a split in the side!

This product is made from a very cheap plastic. It actually cracked when I was installing it by hand and I am not a strong person by any means. Even with the crack it is not leaking at the moment and is working well with my shower head so I can't complain. I guess for the price, you get the low quality.
