Great item, but make sure you order the correct ...
Great item, but make sure you order the correct one for your HP, I had to go to the Sting Ray senior XRIII I need to stop looking at pictures and read more, lol.

didn't get to try it
Product would not work on my mercury 50 horse power. I was disapointed when I seen it wouldn't work. Probably a good product but it should tell which motors it works on and ones it don't

Does not fit a Mercury 30 HP outboard.
The quality is excellent. Unfortunately for me, it did not fit my Mercury 30 HP. The foil has an opening on the bottom that is not large enough to clear the trim tab bolt or the lower water screen.

bulls*** this does not fit
I just got this hydrofoil and I have to send it back, it will not fit a 25 HP Tohatsu outboard, I even went to the web site for Stingray and it said it would outboards up to 50 hp complete bull s*** now im out money because their s*** wont fit.

Don’t fit
Nice product but it doesn’t fit my outboard like it said it would 2015 mercury 25hp fourstroke

Works as Described.
Fit as described.20 to 30 minute install.17 ft smoker 50hp honda.Comes out of the hole faster and smoother.

I have put the junior on to my 40 hp 4 stroke . The fit is perfect. I have picked up 1 mile per hr. My boat gets on plane a lot fast and stays on plane at a lower rpm . Running at a lower rpm is make my boat easier on fuel. Installation is as easy as thay say it is. It took longer to get the ratchet then it took to put on. Very happy with my hydrofoil.

I found this product easy to install however after running it in the water in my boat I believe the edges of the foil are too thick and created more turbulence and odd spray coming from the motor. It also did not seem to fit my motor properly and seems to be back beyond the prop too far. It did however improve the speed to which my boat gets on plane which is why I placed my rating in the middle of the pack

Easy to install on my Yamaha 40hp outboard motor. Does exactly what I expected and gives me better tilt control of the engine.
