I have an evolution saw which comes with a multi blade and it works generally well.Where the standard blade fails is on precision cuts on joinery. I bought the Saxton blade in the hope it would do better.Quite simply it does an amazing job, from the old blade shredding the edge of dado to super clean sub mm accurate cuts.What is eye opening is the smooth consistency with no vibration or chatter while cutting.In my opinion you should just buy a Saxton blade - or at least buy this one as I have never used the others!

Cuts well on normal laminate leaving a very good cut edge . Still struggles a little with laminate flooring, cuts well but minor edge imperfections. I am being quite harsh as cutting coated material is often compromised, but these blades give a good result. Cutting laminate does take the best off the edges of the blade, cuts well but edges do start to deteriorate. I have not found any better blades so would still recommend. Not for long grain cutting in regular timber as there is little set and tends to wedge in the cut, this is to be expected.

I purchased this saw blade to use with an Evolution R255SMS electric mitre saw which has a 2.54mm spindle. The blade has a larger central hole but is supplied with a set of metal rings to reduce the diameter of the hole. These need to be tapped into the hole in the blade with a hammer. The (supposedly) 2.54mm ring had a hole which was slightly too small to fit the spindle. I contacted the manufacturer who very quickly sent me a replacement ring which was better but still a fraction too small. I opened up the ring by running round the inside edge with emery paper and got it to fit.The blade give a clean cut and cuts through wood like a knife through butter. It gives a much cleaner cut than the blade supplied with the mitre saw.I can't comment on how well it lasts as I've only just started using it.Apart from the slight issue with the size reducing ring I'm very impressed with this saw blade.

Really pleased with this blade. Bought for solid oak skirting and architrave in a evolution mite saw. The blade is super stiff so when the saw is dialled in cuts are spot on. Cut quality is excellent as you would expect with the high tooth count. Also cut a little bit of plastic waste pipe and these were also super clean. Have used Saxton blades in The multi tool and recip saw for ages and after this will definitely.be trying more of the range when the time comes.

It arrived. I looked it over. I fitted it in my bench chop saw and cut some 3x2 timber. WOW the best finest cut iv ever seen, had and felt. Nuff said

I mounted this blade on my Evolution mitre saw about a year ago and it still cuts perfectly. I will sharpen it when it gets dull . Will buy same brand when I need another blade.

Fitted the blade to an Evolution Rage saw. In this case size is important. Previously I had fitted a 250 dia blade and it always left a small uncut corner. This blade is 255 dia and was perfect. The cut looks as though it had been sanded as it was so smooth. Not had the blade long enough to give a true view on longevity. I do recommend this item.

This is the first time I've tried a hundred tooth blade and the results were amazing. I was cutting through thick plywood and it cut easily and cleanly, so clean that there was no need for sanding at all and no ragged edges. I've only given 4 stars for longevity simply because I haven't used it enough to make a proper judgement. Hopefully it will last a long time though!
