Love this book and the other books made by this company. They leave enough room on the page for students to write ( all students don’t write small). Answer key is included and so many practice pages on each subject.

I like hands on activities and using textbooks as a guide. However handout are a must for practice and review. I got this to review my fractions and decimals concepts since it has been so long since I had used these. Decimals I use a lot to do taxes, for myself and family members, but fractions are rare. I am using this to practice for the state certification exam for mathematics. It is always good to thicken ones resume, especially since Math and Science areas are in high demand, and I want to make sure I reach close to perfect level. I also want to learn various ways of teaching Math, so I can reach as many students as possible to help them achieve their academic goals and gain skills that will benefit them later as productive members of society.The book has a vast variety of problems to solve, including a 10 page chapter featuring percentage problems, chapter section on greater than, lesser than and equal to fraction lessons, as well as dividing decimals. It has everything within fractions and decimals. Proper fractions, improper fractions and mixed numbers fractions.At the end of the book has a chapter showing the answers for each page, so you can make comparisons. This isn't a book to show how to solve the problems, but as a review book with many handouts to make copies of and use. Highly recommended for teachers who need hard copy handouts to provide for students who need extra practice and review.

i was looking for some comprehensive exercises that may supplement the garbage american public school's homework (one question per day, wtf...).this exercise book help me dealing with this corrupt public school system greatly...........

I bought this for extra math work for my 9 year old nephew. We go easy and take it slow. He actually enjoys doing the problems.
