Okay, could be better.
Tuning is okay but quality of bamboo could be improved, bamboo is thin and diameter 2cm seems insufficient for a base flute it could be 2.5cm. Threading is good. They are perhaps using unseasoned bamboo which may not result in straight flute. However, it should be okay for learners, beginners and hobbiests at this price which you could get from a street seller for rupees 100.
