I find this too large. I been using this for about 2 weeks. It's making me flush everything put. Out I've blood test on April 1....let's see if it's good. My cholesterol was 210 hoping it's gone down. If is has I'll not hesitate to buy another bottle of pills. Thank you!

So, I went through the reviews here and noticed nobody listed their actual lab results. I'm a numbers type gal.Here's some background info, I'm still young, fairly active, have been for at least a few years. My diet isn't the greatest, but not the worst. Don't really do fast/fried foods often but I also definitely do not eat super clean either.When I got my labs done earlier in May this year, my HDL levels were at an all time low of 37 mg/dL. Obviously, not an ideal situation to have. I ordered this supplement within that week, and had my labs retested just a few days ago and my HDL shot up to 57mg/dL in a matter of a few months.Granted, I've also been taking this only one capsule a day instead of two, so I can only assume if you were to follow the directions and take two capsules you may see better results.I do stress that diet and exercise will also play a huge factor. I didn't change much to my diet and current exercise regimen so I truly lay a lot of the credit towards my HDL improvement to this supplement.

I cannot tell any difference taking this stuff I do not recommend it.

I am not sure why they asked about pain relief. nothing to do with this product. I took half dose of this and half dose of another product with blood testsbefore use and after 30 days use and levels were well within limits this really works

I am usually skeptical of supplements as these however after taking one bottle I have had significant decrease in my LDL levels. Very satisfied just ordered my next bottle!
