I used this to repair a few small tears in my convertible top. For the 1/2" long tears, it was easy to apply and seal. But I had a couple of longer 2" tears that were difficult to repair because the glue kept running down from the tear. Based on my experience, place some material on the inside of the top and apply the adhesive from the outside, smooth it out with piece of plastic or wooden popsicle stick. The inside material will get stuck but the outside repair will looks decent. The tears are now sealed and no more wind noise. Waiting for rain to see if the repairs are water resistant.I also used this adhesive to repair/re-palm my hockey gloves. I cut up a pair of leather garden gloves and used the palm and finger tips to glue on my hockey gloves. The palm hadn't worn through yet so I applied the adhesive to the leather patch and glued the patch on the glove palm. The thumbs had worn through so I glued leather patches on the inside and outside of glove. After letting it dry 24 hours, the patches are secure and the leather remain flexible. Economical repair of $100 gloves.

I almost didn't buy this because of the negative reviews, but my beloved Dawgs seemed to be irreparably broken (someone stepped on the back when I was walking, and the strap snapped) and they are now out of stock. I wish I'd taken a before picture. You can just barely see the mend, and it has held for at least a month of use. The adhesive was easy to apply - I held the strap together with clear tape for a day while it cured, and the tape did not stick to the adhesive. I got a bit on my finger, but it came off with nail polish remover. I have a whole list of things I'm going to repair next - this has earned a spot in the fix-it box, right next to duct tape and WD-40!

I used StormSure to repair a hole in a horse blanket. So far it works well, we'll see how well it holds up in the snow or rain. My only con is, the tubes are very small. I used a whole tube to make the repair. Four patches: two on the inside layer and two on the outside layer.

Not sure what I expected, but for small tears on my convertible top ,this stuff solidifies and hardens up amazingly, sealing the tears. Can't speak to how LARGE an area it can fix, but certainly for small ones, it's fantastic.

Used to build up the heel on work boots used heel plates as a filler. Since the adhesive is so expensive. Did the heels on Ariat and Justin lace up work boots. Seem to wear almost a good as original heel. I walk eight miles a day in concrete. Doubled the life of $200 work boots.

I got a rip in my Bogs rain boots right by my toe so in an area where it bends a lot. I applied a layer of this with my finger (not recommended 😐) and let it dry overnight. It's a different texture than my boot, but it's held up over multiple uses so far! It seals water tight and is flexible like my boot. Well worth the money!

Only problem is that it doesn’t really match the fabric on my top and it looks like a bird what on my car but it stops any leaking so it works for me. 🤷🏽‍♂️

It worked where I needed a liquid repair. You may want to investigate Gear Aid and Tear Aid products, too.

I seem to go through a lot of welly’s, which after about six months of daily dog walking seem to split on the top inside instep. I’ve tried all sorts of fixes over the years, patches, bicycle repair stuff but none of it seems to last more than a few weeks before the repair fails. This stuff is ace, easy to work with and dries to a soft rubber texture after 24 hours. Six months on it’s still waterproof and showing no sign of failure. Great stuff.
