I want to monitor the power usage of my washer drier with this but I'm worried it wont work, or worse overheat/shutdown mid-cycle. Any horror stories?

I use mine to monitor my partners ironing usage. When she takes too long and uses too much power, I give her a hard time and tell her she must get it done quicker. I think she loves the feedback, and it helps us reduce our family carbon footprint! Win win!

Good for low power items,may over heat with high amps

Good for low power items. Found it overheats in boxes using 3000w items but software detects it and shuts down accordingly.
