The bag is okay. The drawback is felt was that the handle for lifting is only on the longer side. So when you need yo carry the bag from trolley mode its a little clumsy.

Very disappointed
Very poor-quality product. I have traveled only twice with this suitcase, and already the wheels have broken. It is not durable at all and does not seem suitable for regular travel use. I also suspect the brand logo may be fake or misleading, which makes the product even more disappointing. I am very unhappy with this purchase and would not recommend it to others.

No upper side handle
No handle on the upper part, very tough to carry.

Broken wheels in two months
I used the trolley three times sice I purchased it in May 2026, three to and fro travels - two by air and one by Vande Bharat train. Two pairs of wheels have developed cracks, and one wheel has got broken partially. Photographs attached. I did not expect I would have such an experience with a Delsey trolley. I would like to have a replacement. Please do the needful.

No top handle for 55cm suitcase & telescopic handle wasn't so strong.. returned it!
I did post a question before purchasing the 55cm suitcase whether it has a top handle or not, because the photos of the product as shown in the site were confusing - some showed and some didn't. Once the case arrived, noticed that there is no top handle. The case itself was looking good although I wasn't happy with the quality of aluminium telescopic handle. I returned the product.
