My husband is an intermittent faster, meaning he tries to wait at least 15 hrs between dinner and breakfast/lunch. So he drinks this in the morning with his coffee. Been using this brand for about 6 months. It's going well. We've been eating keto for 5 years or so, so anything like this that we find that works is a mainstay. We also mix it into an evening smoothie to try not to eat ice cream. Chocolate is almost as good as the vanilla flavor.

A serving is 2 scoops. It tastes best in coffee with only one scoop which is how I take my protein. In a shake, 2 scoops would probably be fine with oats, a frozen banana and some water.

I have used Muscle Milk protein products for many years going back to the 1990s. For me, the real advantage of this product is that I find it easy to digest. Other protein supplements present difficulty in this manner. Muscle Milk powder provides the protein source that I need, and it is pleasant tasting.

I bought this because I like the taste of Muscle Milk 11 oz pre-mixed shakes. This doesn't taste the same. It has a more chalky taste that I've tried to get rid of using milk and blending the mix but it that doesn't help. I can't stand the taste of it alone. To get rid of it I'm mixing a teaspoon of it in whenever I prepare a glass of chocolate milk.
