I bought this kit to regrip a set of hand-me-down clubs given to my high-schooler. Kit has everything you need to remove and install grips. Easy to do. My kid's coach, a seasoned golf pro, was pleasantly surprised with the quality of these grips and really liked them. Only time will tell how long they last, but at this price you can do them once every couple of years and keep fresh ones on.[edit] The solution is in a squirt bottle, not a spray bottle. The key to easy installation is completely wet the tape and also completely wet the inside of the grip. Slides right on and is stuck in place within 30 minutes or so. I had half a bottle left after doing a full set. Its just mineral spirits, available at HD or Lowes if you run out.

It’s been several years since I regripped a club and had always used the tape that you wrap around in spiral fashion. I much prefer the tape method that comes with this product! It is excellent and easy. I did 10 grips in about an hour. Once you get a good setup and the feel of it you can really do a single grip in less than 5 minutes. The hook-shaped cutting tool to get the old grip off is very handy! Having a bench vise to hold the club is super helpful I might add, as it allows you a convenient height and angle to to the work. Highly recommend these grips and this kit!

Easy to replace old grips with these.

Overall decent product that is very easy to install. The grips feel pretty good in the hand and are pretty grippy, even in wet conditions. Definitely watch one of the videos on here before install. Do not rely on the instructions or “instryctions” as it calls it on the package. Also, I would maybe use windex instead of the solvent they provide because if you accidentally get the solvent on the grip the paint instantly bleeds all over the place.Pros:Easy to installCheapFeels good in the handComes with everything you needCons:The instructions are full of typos and can be a little confusing if you don’t watch a video.Paint bleeds extremely easy(just be careful not to accidentally get it on your hands then touch the grip)

So glad I replaced the old grips. I polished up my old clubs, put these grips on, and now I'm a pro golfer ;)The feel is excellent. Just the right amount of tacky feel and 0 residue. It was very easy to install and the kit includes plenty of tape and solvent to apply the grips

These are honestly a great pair of grips. Super easy to put on. I just had my wife hold the club, I lubed it up EXTRA well (don’t skimp or it’ll get stuck halfway) then shoved it on.Goes on easy. After a day it was rock solid. These should last quite a while.

I replaced the grips on 9 clubs in under one hour. The old grips were over 35 years old and I thought they would be hard to get off. Not with the hook blade and knife included, they came right off. Minimal scraping and a little cleaning and I would say each club took less than ten minuets. The kit comes with everything you need and instructions. If you are a handy person you can save yourself some money with this item. Highly recommend

For the price I would buy it again.Be generous when applying solvent into the rubber handle and on the shaft. If you use a large container to catch the liquid that spills you can re-use it for when enough drips into the container. If you don’t wet the inside of the handle and club shaft enough it will be extremely challenging to slide the new handle on. Once you start putting the rubber handle on do not stop or it will be really hard to put it on completely.When you apply the tape, remove the blue plastic side first and stick that side onto your club shaft. It makes peeling off the white strips off way easier and you will see what I mean.I re-gripped 12 of my clubs, the first two were not that great, but the rest went easy.

The tools are great for a diy. The grips are ok, not sticky at all but can do the job. I installed them on my gf clubs (she doesn’t play a lot) but would not install them on my clubs

Never regripped any clubs before but found it to be not too bad. Instructions were simple, kit has everything you need - besides a vice, and they look and feel pretty good. Worst part was removing the old grips and tape. Like others said be generous with the solvent. Also, I found making a mark on the club shaft to where you want your grip to line up was helpful. I did this from how the old grips were aligned before I removed.

Easy to install. Everything you need is in the kit. Only thing extra that I used because I am picky was a self leveling laser to align the heads (used the club grooves to align)and the grips. Have yet to try them after the change. Used clubs and love the grips.
