Excellent - but needs reprinting
The Tidal Atlas itself is very good and can be recommended (we have used a friend's and thought it was so useful I bought one for my hubby.) However, as another reviewer has discovered, there are significant problems with the printing and binding of the pages. I contacted the publishers and they have discovered that this problem has affected their whole stock and so they are going to have to do a complete reprint. The publishers have been extremely helpful and prompt in their responses, but they have told me that it will take a few months for them to get some new stock produced.

Very Interesting and Informative
Impressive piece of navigation assistance. Sturdy booklet, which means a bit heavy, but well worth having.

Good Quality
The only reason I gave it this score is that unlike everything else I use regarding the tide refers to Dover as the reference point this uses Cherbourg? So I am now having to get use to this which I know is probably not too much to ask but its just another thing to get to grips with. Tidal streams are very clear and easy to read

This is the second of these I have had sent ...
This is the second of these I have had sent the first back. The book although all there is no collated correctly ie +2 hours is followed by + 6 hours. Found a spira bound machine and re-collated the book correctly.

A useful tool
This is a useful tool for those of us sailing these waters but is a duplication of information available in nautical almanacs and sailing guides all of which have multiple other uses, not to mention on-line sites, and so becomes another volume to store. Aboard.
