Good TV with a ridiculously unusable operating system.
Looks nice, picture is good with minimal glare. But the OS is so bad it is really unusable. They use Android TV, which is great as-is, but they go and customize it with their own skin and downloads. For example, instead of using Netflix that comes through the play store and works great on android TV, they use the web version that needs a mouse. If you buy this, plan on running something through the HDMI and never using any of the built-in software on the TV. CEC works so the tv will turn itself on and off (tested with a chromecast connected via HDMI.)

Good product
Nice tv but sound could use some work

Good image quality, poor design for sound.
Have had this for about a year. Picture quality is great. Needs a 2nd device to make it easier to use... Roku or Fire Stick. Sound quality is an issue. Since the tv mounts with the back inside a wall, it muffles the sound which means to hear it you have to turn the volume all the way up.

Great customer service
Wow what can I say. I ordered this for my bathroom in feb 2020. Installed in around may. Moved in in June. Tv worked up u til middle of July. Called amazon and they got me in touch with the seller. We worked every angle. The vendor replaced it. Got the new tv and it works great. It is sleek design and has the ability to connect to many movie apps.

Delivers key features, lacking others
It delivers on the important features I wanted: waterproof, attractive, good picture quality, and reasonably priced. Some other features might disappoint other buyers: the Operating System is absolute garbage but that isn't a big deal if you plan to put a Chromecast/Roku/Firestick on it like I did. The speakers sound like a tin can, but that's probably a consequence of the waterproof design and can be worked around by using the optical out to hook up a sound bar. All-in-all a solid purchase
