This chair is everything!!!! I did not unbox it or assemble it personally so I don’t have any comments on that area but the chair makes me salon look very luxurious! It’s also very sturdy and comfortable. It’s pretty wide as well which I am happy so my bigger clients will be comfortable when having to sit for long periods of time.

Most customers find the chair suitable. Very large customers may be a little cramped. Not as cushy in the seat and the back doesn't come up a high as my former chair. Great for reaching longer hair without chair back getting in the way. But not as supportive for taller customers. Pros and cons considered, I decided the pros won out. Good quality materials.

Great, sturdy chair so far. I love the low back, great for cutting long hair. Packaged really nicely and super easy to assemble.

Stainless is rusting on base. One and a half months after delivery. And feel free to advise how to remove specks of rust.

Order 2, one already showing defects. This is going to a brand new salon. What u guys going to do about this.
