A beautiful lifesaver
I have fibromyalgia, so find shoulder bags too painful and most backpack straps hurt, so I wasn't sure if this one would be any different. The mention of padded straps and back made me hopeful and I am so glad I bought it! So far(as I've not filled it up with too much), it is lighter than expected and the padded straps, while stiff, help so much. And I've not experienced any new pain through using it . It's spacious and comfortable to wear. The design is gorgeous and the side sections for water bottles do their job well.

Decent backpack
I haven't had this backpack very long, but needed something I could carry cameras and laptop in and also organise keys etc. So far, it's been excellent and I've used it for a holiday and days out. It has two handy outer pockets for small water bottles, a large inner sleeve for a laptop and various compartments for keys etc. The construction seems solid so far, but I haven't put too much load in it yet, nor have I had it very long, but so far I'm impressed.

On rainy days, water tends to seep through, leaving books and other items damp. I’d recommend using it with an umbrella or avoiding taking it out in heavy rain. Overall, it's a solid backpack but has room for improvement in weatherproofing.
