This is a short but very sweet account of the life of the greatest preacher my country England has ever produced. Dr Martyn Lloyd Jones is the perfect man to introduce the life of G. Whitefield both the Dr and Whitefield had the same passion for the gospel. Dr MLJ quotes a lot from Arnold Dalimores 2 volume set on Whitefield which i would recommend over ANY biography on Whitefield. Theres a lot to be learnt from this man and his zeal for the gospel, any young man passionate for the gospel and the name of our Lord to be glorified should read the 2 volumes alone without distraction and feast on the life of George Whitefield. It put fire in my soul when i read them for the first time and has affected me ever since. This video for me is a taster of his life and a lovely introduction into reading Whitefields life.
